SWEATBOX Classes: It’s never the same routine twice!!! We believe in constantly varied programming. Keeping your body, brain and muscles in constant confusion is our goal. We focus on core control, full-body strength and isolating your muscles in order to contour your body. Every movement can be modified for your current fitness level.
SweatBox meets every Tuesday/Thursday at 11am, 6:30pm and then again on Saturday’s at 10am. Expect an incredible combination of TRX, Bosu balls, resistance bands, basic bar movements and barbells. This class can be purchases separately or if you join us as a CrossFit member, this class is included in your membership.
